After a little time off, we’re hitting the ground running again in February with 14 shows in 4 days at Folk Alliance in Toronto. It is a huge conference, and we’ll be playing alongside some of the best acts from Canada, the UK, and the US including Del Barber, Rose Cousins, Rachel Sermanni, James Keelaghan, Matthew Barber, Sam Carter and many more. If you are in Toronto, drop us a line and we’ll help you catch a show.
We’re back in Australia on March 7th for a big run of shows that includes intimate solo gigs around the country, 7 festivals and a tour with Grammy Nominee Ruthie Foster (she may have just won by the time you read this!)
We’re also doing some Live Lounge shows, our special house concert series that produced some of the most fun and intimate gig moments of 2012.

From November 9th ‘Fool For Love’ is free on iTunes! Here is what the lovely people of iTunes had to say about the track in their review:
“Each week we find a track from an artist or band we’ve been enjoying and bring it to you, for free as our Sing of the Week. Jordie Lane is a great storyteller who also knows how to write an infectious tune. “Fool For Love” is a break away from his meditative, folky troubadour style and into something more glorious and celebratory. The soulful warble at the core of his voice remains, giving a solid centre to this whirlwind tune that even breaks into some low key T.Rex style stomp at the end.”
We are excited to announce that we have a new single coming out called ‘Fool For Love’ and a 15-date national tour to boot!
To celebrate we are giving you an EXCLUSIVE FREE DOWNLOAD right here at jordielane.com/site from 9am October 1 until midnight October 7. ‘Fool For Love’ will then be available on iTunes from October 8th.
